Founder & CEO
Sissy DeMaria is the Founder & CEO of Cultivate PR & Social Media, a fully integrated public relations and social media agency with offices in Miami and New York. She is also the founder of WorldWise PR Affiliates, a global network of independently owned public relations agencies located in key markets around the world.
A lifelong equestrian, Sissy co-founded Give Back for Special Equestrians in 2013, where she serves as Chairman of the Board. This nonprofit provides therapeutic horseback riding scholarships for disabled children and veterans in Florida and New York.
With more than 30 years of experience, Sissy is a PR powerhouse known for building lasting, impactful relationships. She has a proven track record of creating compelling brand events and stories that generate significant media coverage across all channels.
Sissy is a go-to fixture within the PR and media communities of New York and Miami. Her agency, Cultivate PR (formerly Kreps DeMaria), boasts a roster of bold-faced clients, both current and past, including luxury retailer Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Four Seasons Residences Miami, the Fisher Island Club, Burgess Yachts, Paramount Miami World Center, Jade Signature, 57 Ocean, The Avenue Naples, Four Seasons Tower Brickell, The Setai, Continuum, and Coldwell Banker Mason Morse in Aspen, Colorado.

Srna Stos brings a wealth of experience in digital marketing and luxury branding. As President & Managing Partner of Cultivate PR & Social Media, she leads the agency’s social media division, overseeing strategy, team direction, and high-level creative vision. Srna helps clients unlock their full potential and elevate their presence in the digital space.
She currently oversees an impressive roster of clients, including Faena Residences Miami, Ora by Casa Tua, The Jills Zeder Group, Manny Angelo Varas, The Calta Group, Cassia Residences, Okan Tower, The Avenue Coral Gables, and Moke America Key Largo.
A proud graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Public Relations, Srna was born in Serbia and moved to the U.S. at the age of two. By age four, she was accepted into the renowned IMG Bollettieri Tennis Academy, where she trained for 14 years before becoming UConn’s most decorated tennis player and serving as captain of the women’s team. Her discipline, competitive edge, and global perspective continue to shape her leadership and creative direction today.
