Cultivate Cares

Contributing to our community is a core value of our company. Through Cultivate Cares we focus on making a positive impact on organizations that are near and dear to our hearts. To quote Arthur Ashe, “From what we get, we can make a living; what we give, however, makes a life." Our team members have not only pledged their resources, but also their time and talent. We take pride in knowing that we have played a role in helping to make our community a better place.

Give Back for Special Equestrians

Give Back for Special Equestrians was founded in July 2013 in Vero Beach, Florida by Cultivate PR CEO Sissy DeMaria-Koehne and a small group of equine enthusiasts who believe in horsepower that heals. Give Back for Special Equestrians raises funds for therapeutic horseback riding facilities and equine assisted facilities throughout Florida, Georgia and North Carolina. These resources help to ensure that children and veterans facing difficult physical, developmental or emotional disabilities have the opportunity to share in the joy of horses and horsemanship.

A registered non profit in the state of Florida, Give Back for Special Equestrians asks horse owners to give as little as a buck – or as much as they can – with each month’s board payment in order to support its very special mission and ensure that no-one is denied access to the life changing benefits of equine therapy.  Give Back for Special Equestrians also raises funds at their annual gala and through the sale of merchandise.
